On Wednesday, May 14, 2025, in the presence of the Dean of Erbil Technical College of Engineering, Prof. Ayad Zaki Saber and Assistant Dean of the College Bazian Younis Mohiuddin and Head of Information Systems Engineering Department Media Ali Ibrahim and Departmental Decision Maker Mr. M. Chenar Mustafa Mohammed and teachers and students of the fourth grade, the Presidency of the Department of Information Systems held a farewell ceremony for the fourth grade students.
It is worth mentioning that the ceremony was attended by Prof. Ayad Zaki Saber thanked the Presidency of the Department of Information Systems for organizing this worthy ceremony for the students and wished them a bright future and the best job opportunities in the field of computer technology and information systems. Bazian Younis Mohiuddin and Dr. Media Ali Ibrahim and M. Chenar Mustafa Mohammed and teachers and successful students representatives of students congratulated the students with some effective scientific words and wished them eternal success
At the end of the ceremony, special awards were given to the representatives of the fourth grade students and the general representatives of the students of the department, as well as thanks were given to the students who constantly helped their classmates.
Similarly, the fourth grade students thanked the head of the department and the decision makers of the department who have faithfully performed their administrative and scientific duties in the department and appreciated their efforts.

On Thursday, May 8, 2025, in the presence of the Dean of Erbil Technical College of Engineering, Prof. Ayad Zaki Saber, in coordination with the Assistant Dean of the College, Dr. Bazian Younis Mohiuddin and EPU Youthmapper Students Chapter officials Gulpa Ali Mahmoud and Mr. Kamal Yasin Abdullah, Coordinator of Honors Delvin Hassan Omar, a ceremony was held to honor teachers and students participating in the flood fighting project.
In this project, which lasted about six months, the students volunteered to map the area of ​​Qushtapa, which was a large area, a difficult and long work. In return for the scientific efforts of the teachers and students, Mr. Prof. Ayad Zaki Saber in a speech emphasized the important aspects of volunteer work and its beneficial consequences and appreciated the role of teachers, students, officials and organizers, then they were awarded certificates of honor and wished them eternal success.
